Therapeutic Riding, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“NDR”,“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Statement of Privacy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website at ndrtherapeuticriding.org (“Site”).

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:

  • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by NDR or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or

The owner of the Site is based in the state of California in the United States of America. We provide this Site for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that the Site or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Children Under Thirteen

NDR collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s), including the Site, and deliver the services you have requested.NDR may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from NDR and its affiliates.

NDR does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
