How your donation helps

NDR's Commitment

We are committed to providing unique opportunities through equine-assisted activities to improve the lives of people with disabilities/limitations. NDR currently provides therapeutic adaptive riding, Horses In the Moment, and other personalized ground equine-assisted activities. Although there are several proven benefits from equine-assisted activities, cost of these services are not covered by insurance. Unless a participant is associated with a community organization that provides recreational activities, the cost of involvement is the responsibility of each participant. Donations help NDR to expand and grow these amazing opportunities. With your help we can!

Wishlist Fund

Donate to Supply Horse Necessities

Our horses need a lot of care. They need food, water, and shelter from the elements. We also need a lot of other supplies, too. Items such as grooming kits, fly spray, shampoo, appropriate adaptive riding tack, and many other essentials are needed. But we can’t do it alone. That is why we have created a Wishlist Fund to supply all of our Equine Partners with their necessities.

Sue Quick Legacy Scholarship Fund for Participants

Sue Quick, a member of the NDR Therapeutic Riding team, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2019. In 2015, she teamed up with NDR as a PATH certified Instructor providing therapeutic adaptive riding to those with disabilities/limitations. The impact that Sue had on all she met was truly immeasurable. She was an instructor, a mentor, a friend, and a true team player. Most importantly, she was a role model for the power of positive thinking, perseverance, and tenacity of spirit. Sue left an indelible mark on our hearts. In her honor, NDR has established the Sue Quick Legacy Scholarship Fund to help offset lesson costs for all we serve. Give us a helping hand!
